Speaking

I love being part of conversations that challenge established thinking and bring different perspectives together. I regularly speak at conferences, panels and events on digital transformation, technology, AI, leadership and public services — drawing on experiences from across healthcare, technology, consultancy and government rather than pretending any one sector has all the answers.

Mentoring

Mentoring has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I’m passionate about creating space for others to build confidence, explore their ambitions and find their own leadership style — particularly women and emerging digital leaders. I try to offer the challenge, encouragement and openness that others have generously given me throughout my own career.

Contributing

I believe being a digital leader extends beyond the organisation you work for. Through industry networks, education, panels, judging, writing and wider professional communities, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and learning from others in return. Staying connected to different people, sectors and ideas continues to challenge my thinking and makes me a better leader.
